How does it work?

The Blended Mental Health First Aid in the Workplace course is a combination of eLearning plus a half day of face-to-face teaching. The course is for adults working in a white-collar work environment. The focus of the course is on how to help fellow co-workers, though course participants will learn mental health first aid skills that can be applied to help any adult. The program requires 5-7 hours of self paced e-learning before registering for 2 x 2.5 hour live online training sessions.

Cost

The cost of the virtual Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) Program is $375.00 incl of GST.

How often are the online training sessions?

How do I enrol?

All you have to do to enrol is have your Credit Card ready and click on this link.  Once payment confirmation is received you will be sent an email with clear and simple instructions on enrolling in the e-learning component of the program. 

Participant accreditation?

Accreditation is issued Directly by Mental Health First Aid Australia. All participants who have completed a MHFA course will be invited to take a short online accreditation assessment.

Once accredited participants are eligible to be appointed as a Mental Health First Aid officer within the workplace.

Our Mental Health First Aid Facilitators

All our Mental Health First Aid (MHFA) course facilitators have undertaken extensive professional development with with MHFA Australia and are very experienced in their field. All of our facilitators have first-hand lived experience of dealing with Mental Health issues in the real world. Our facilitators worth with y ou and your organisation to ensure that you develop the skills, confidence, and knowledge you need to recognise, approach and support someone who is developing or suffering from a mental health issue.

MHFA is open to all participants and is ideally aimed at those aged 18 or above. The course is designed to be educational and is not a therapy or support group.
