With more than 25 years’ experience in leading teams and businesses across Corporate Australia, Government and Law Enforcement, Tim brings a unique perspective to his areas of expertise, which include Executive and Organisational Coaching, Leadership and Management Development.

Jen Kitching has deep experience in organisational operations and process with a background in both government and the private sector.  She believes in simple, straighforward business processes that create both clarity for all and the ability to create accountability around performance.

Jen is also focussed on Mentally Health high performance environments with great passion for mental health in the workplace.

Jen consults and advises companies in both of these areas.

Since residing in Australia, Garret has transformed the performance of many key organisations has been instrumental in securing contracts with some of the largest Australian companies including Westpac, Veolia, University of Wollongong, Telstra, IBM, Sony and Paramount Pictures.

Julie Kirby is a professional consultant with more than 15 years’ experience working in Training and Development, Consulting in Human Resources Management and experience in managing teams and business operations.

Human resource management and consulting; people learning and development; implementing cultural change programmes; performance management and coaching; implementing and managing workforce strategies to address workplace issues in bullying, harassment and misconduct; investigating breaches and complaints; and workforce planning.
She has gained extensive experience in a wide range of industries including; business, education, hospitality and service industries and has consultant in corporate, government, local council and Industry Employer Associations.
Julie’s varied professional experience and extensive academic research have given her a strong understanding of people and the way they interact within organisations. Her key strengths evolve from her understanding of human behaviour and leadership, the development of staff and teams, the interaction of people in the workplace, and her demonstration and knowledge of effective management and communication skills. She enjoys coaching leaders to support their growth and has the ability to manage complex people issues in the face of rapid change and challenges within organisations.
